Which rules we follow

Pageflip operates a single notice-and-action procedure that meets the requirements that apply to us and to rights holders worldwide:

• EU — Digital Services Act (DSA): we provide this notice-and-action mechanism and act on sufficiently substantiated notices.
• US — DMCA: we accept DMCA notices and counter-notices; the elements below satisfy a valid DMCA notice.
• Other jurisdictions: we act expeditiously on any valid notice, and on orders from a court or competent authority.

We acknowledge notices within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

What a valid notice must include

To let us act, please give us all of the following (the form covers each):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you're claiming.
2. The exact Pageflip URL(s) of the infringing material.
3. Your contact details (name and email).
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
5. A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
6. Your electronic signature (your full name).
